Behavior Policy

• If we have any issues concerning the safety of of your dog or our staff, we will be in contact with you and we require for you to have an emergency contact on file who can pick up your dog if needed. This happens very rarely, but it is very important for us to ensure the best stay environment possible for every visitor and all of our staff.

Cancellation/ Early Pick-up Policy

• If you wish to cancel part of your reservation on the weekend or on holidays, there will be a charge of your dogs daily rate for half of the days you cancel.

  • Example: Fido had a reservation from Monday - Sunday in a standard kennel ($36 a day), but was picked up Saturday evening with no notice. Fido will be charged an additional $18 for being picked up Saturday evening instead of Sunday.

• * This cancellation charge applies when there is no cancellation or early pick-up notice within 48 hours. *

Two-day Minimum Policy

• We at Manchester have a two day minimum daily rate. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us!

Medicine Pick Up Policy

• There will be a charge of $25 added to your stay if we have to travel to your vet to pick up medication for your dog. This fee and the bill for the vet will be added to your stay if we pay for their medicine.

Multiple Dog Policy

• It is important for both the safety of our staff and your dogs that neither dog has shown any sign of food or resource aggression. They must be able to eat next to each other, if they need to be separated you will be charged for another kennel. It can be best if they eat the same food as well, but is not required as long as they both eat their own.
